excellent stay
arran aromatics toiletries fresh milk
I had a fantastic one night stay. the room and bathroom were lovely. arran aromatics toiletries were available in the bathroom along with supersoft towels and bathrobes. fresh milk was available from reception. They bring it to you. the staff were lovely, from reception to the bar.

the hotel is in a quiet area but easily accessible by tram. this provided convenient transportation to various points of interest. the port location offers easy access to trams.

my room included coffee bags, better than instant coffee. it was decorated to fit the boat's theme. the bed was very comfy too. the continental breakfast selection was AMAZING!!!

nice toiletries fresh milk good selection
I stayed in a queen room it had nice amenities I LOVED the Arran Aromatics toiletries. Fresh milk was available from reception it beat UHT milk easily. Breakfast had a good selection of breads and pastries ham and cheese were also available.
The coffee could be stronger it tasted a little weak to me

Superb stay on the water
amazing attention complimentary drinks special touch decorated room
The staff showed amazing attention. They decorated the room with hearts and petals since it was our anniversary. They gave us complimentary drinks at the bar. This special touch set this hotel apart for me.
Our room had a small port hole window near the waterline, and it was bit dirty.

Continental breakfast included fresh bread and cheeses. Fresh pastries were also available in the morning. Variety of cereals and meats were on display at the bar.

The hotel includes chic lounges . Complimentary treats waited at the front reception. Beautiful walking trails are accessible outside the door. Access to tram and bus service to travel around.

convenient location well trained staff great barman dirty windows noisy pipe orange juice
The location was convenient. It was easy to access the tram service at the end of the road. The staff were cute and knowledgeable about the boat's history. The barman mixed great cocktails, WHICH i appreciated.
our room was below deck. small porthole windows just above the waterline, were dirty. a bilge pipe right outside the window, sounded like a cistern that wouldn't stop running. breakfast could have been better for the price.

the location was excellent for local restaurants. the room was nicely decorated and had a great novelty.

rope detailing comfortable bed comfortable seating
The room design included rope detailing around the frames. A very large comfortable bed helped me sleep well. The bar offered comfortable seating and great views night and day. The breakfast area mirrored this.
The tram to the city center requires using transportation.
